Bring your rating from another league
Add a rating you already have, so your starting LeagueOrbit rating is set for you.
The names and results shown are made up (the Maple Street Pool League is a demo organization).
If you already have a rating from another league or rating system, add it to your account. When you join a league on LeagueOrbit, your starting LeagueOrbit rating is set from it, so nobody has to type it in.
Add it when you sign up
- On Create an account, open Do you have a rating from another league?
- Enter any ratings you have. Leave the others empty.
- Finish signing up as usual.
Add or change it later
- Open My account.
- Under Your ratings from other leagues, enter, change or clear any rating.
- Choose Save ratings. Leagues you are in pick up the change.
Which rating is used
- If you enter a rating that uses the same scale as LeagueOrbit's, it is used as it is.
- Otherwise LeagueOrbit converts each rating you entered and uses the one that gives the highest start.
- Some ratings are kept on file only and never set a start.
Leagues see these ratings marked as self-reported. A rating your league entered for you stays theirs. Your starting rating keeps following what you enter until you have played 40 rated games; after that your results decide it. See Your LeagueOrbit rating explained.
