Run a tour

Group tournaments into a tour with its own flyer and points standings.

The names and results shown are made up (the Maple Street Pool League is a demo organization).

A tour is a series of your tournaments, its stops, with its own name and standings. Linking a tournament doesn't change it or its players.

Start a tour

  1. Open Tournaments → Tours and choose Start a tour.
  2. Type the tour's name. The place and the description are optional.
  3. Choose Create and add stops. The tour starts as a draft that only your staff see.

Add the stops

  1. Under 2. Stops, choose a tournament and Add stop. Each tournament can be on one tour.
  2. Use Up to put them in order, then choose Save stops.

Removing a stop never changes the tournament or its results.

Points and standings

Under 3. Points, type the points for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and so on, separated by commas. A shared place, like 5th–6th, earns the points for 5th. You can count only each player's best stops.

Standings appear under 4. Standings as stops finish. Players are matched across stops by name, so ask players to enter the same way each time.

Managers

Under Managers, tick staff members who can edit this tour. They can't change anything else in your organization.

Make it public

Under 1. Details, set Who sees it to Public and save. Each stop's public page then shows the tour, its stops and the standings. Add a flyer from your Brand kit images if you like.
