Track your sponsors
Keep each sponsor's package and payments, and show them on your public pages, TVs and streams.
The names and results shown are made up (the Maple Street Pool League is a demo organization).
LeagueOrbit keeps your sponsors in one place: what they signed up for, what they've paid, and where they show.
Add a sponsor
- Open Money → Sponsors and choose Add a sponsor.
- Type the name, choose the Package (like Gold or Table sponsor) and the Contracted amount. Use $0 for a sponsor who gives goods or services instead.
- Add the dates if the deal has them, a website and a logo. Logos are uploaded on Brand kit.
- Under Covers, keep The whole organization, or tick the leagues, tournaments and venues it's for.
- Under Shows on, tick where it appears, then choose Save sponsor.
Priority decides the order: 9 shows first.
Record a payment
- Choose Payment on the sponsor's row. The amount still owed is filled in.
- Check the amount, the date and how they paid, then choose Record payment.
The payment goes into the money book as sponsorship income, with a number and a receipt like any other. To undo one, void it in the money book. The Sponsors page shows what's contracted, paid and outstanding for each sponsor.
Where sponsors show
- Public pages: the Sponsors section at the bottom of your league and tournament pages, with the logo and a link.
- TV displays: add Sponsor board to a screen on Setup → Displays.
- Stream overlays: sponsors with a logo join the sponsor rotation on your overlays.
On the free plan one sponsor shows in each place. The Organizer plan shows all of them (up to 12 at a time).
When a deal ends
Sponsors stop showing after their end date. Archive removes one from the list; its payments stay in the money book. Show archived sponsors brings it back to view, and Restore makes it active again.
