Reserve tables at your venues
Book tables for league nights, tournaments and events, and see clashes before you save.
The names and results shown are made up (the Maple Street Pool League is a demo organization).
Keep track of which tables are booked, and when, at each of your venues.
Reserve tables
- Open Setup → Reservations and choose Reserve tables.
- Choose the Venue, the Date, and the times. An end time after midnight is fine.
- To book the same night every week, choose Repeat and how many weeks. Tick any dates to skip, like a holiday.
- Choose what it's For: a division's league night, a tournament, or something else.
- Keep All tables, or untick it and choose the tables.
- Choose Check and save.
When there's a clash
If another booking already has one of those tables at the same time, LeagueOrbit lists it before saving. Change the tables or times, or type why it's fine and choose Save anyway. Your reason stays with the booking so others can see it.
Cancel
Each booking has Cancel this date. For a weekly booking, Cancel this and later ends the rest of the series. Both ask once more before cancelling.
