Your Overview and the division bar
The first page for league staff, and how to choose the division you work on.
The names and results shown are made up (the Maple Street Pool League is a demo organization).
League staff land on Overview: one page that shows what needs attention this week.
What Overview shows
- This week: each active division's next league night, its date, round and matches, with a link to the schedule.
- Tournaments: tournaments that are running or coming up.
- Setup to-do: the parts of each division that are not set yet, such as the night and dates or the teams. Each links straight to the page to fix it.
- Recently opened: pages you opened lately in this browser.
- Quick actions: create a tournament, add a player, start a division, post an announcement, record a payment. You only see the actions your role allows.
Choose a division
Pages that work on one division show the division bar at the top. Divisions are grouped by league and session, for example Tuesday 8-ball › Fall. The pages you open next use the division you choose, until you choose another.
If your organization has only one division, the bar just shows its name.
Find anything
Use Search at the top of any page to find pages, leagues, divisions, teams, schedule matches, tournaments and announcements you can open. Staff with the right access also find players, venues and dues.
