Track dues and record payments
Charge dues, record what each team pays, and see who owes what.
The names and results shown are made up (the Maple Street Pool League is a demo organization).
Dues keeps a ledger for each division: what each team owes and what it has paid.
The page has four tabs: Balances, Record a payment, Charges and Reminders.
See who owes what
Open Dues and choose the division. Balances shows each team or player's charges, payments and what is still owed, with the history and a league summary below.
Record a payment
- On Balances, choose Record a payment on the team or player's row. The Record a payment tab opens with them already chosen.
- Enter the method, the amount and the date received, and save.
You can also start from Overview with Record a payment.
Charges and reminders
Charges is where you add a charge (weekly dues, a fee), set forfeit fees, and choose how each team's charges are split, including whether captains choose their own team's split. Reminders helps you remind teams that owe. Only staff who manage the ledger can change these; others with access can read them.
